Most websites are completed within around 14 days, depending on your requirements. I'll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where things are at.
You can choose a one-off build you own outright, paid once with no monthly, or a simple monthly plan with no upfront cost — whichever suits you. Once the first invoice is paid, the build starts.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans have a minimum 6-month term from launch, then continue month-to-month. If a plan is cancelled within the minimum term, the remaining balance for that period is required.
Fees are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover the time and work involved in building your website.
I'll review your brief and get back to you within 24 hours with a clear plan and next steps for your website.
Not at all. On a monthly plan everything is handled for you — from setup to ongoing support, and if you need anything updated or changed, just message me and I'll take care of it. One-off builds are handed over for you to run yourself, so ongoing changes aren't included there.
No problem — you're never locked in. On a monthly plan, the website is part of the ongoing service and stays live while you're on the plan; if you leave, we transfer your domain, email and Google profile to you within 14 days, with no fees. If you chose the one-off, you already own everything from day one — the site, domain and accounts are set up in your name, so there's nothing to transfer and no exit to worry about.
Your domain and email are set up for your business and remain yours. Access and ownership can be transferred at any time if needed.
No — I work with businesses anywhere in NZ. Most of the process happens over email, calls, and screen-share, so location doesn't matter.
