Most websites are completed within around 14 days, depending on your requirements. I'll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where things are at.
You can choose between a one-time setup fee with a lower monthly cost, or a simple monthly plan with no upfront cost — whichever suits your cash flow. Once the first invoice is paid, the build starts.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans have a minimum 6-month term from launch, then continue month-to-month. If a plan is cancelled within the minimum term, the remaining balance for that period is required.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover the time and work involved in building your website.

Not at all. Everything is handled for you — from setup to ongoing support. If you need anything updated or changed, just message me and I'll take care of it.
No problem — you're not locked in. If you're on a monthly plan, the website is part of the ongoing service and remains active while you're on the plan. If you chose a one-time build, you'll have access to your website code, along with your domain, email, and any systems set up for your business. Transfers out are completed within 14 days, with no fees.
Your domain and email are set up for your business and remain yours. Access and ownership can be transferred at any time if needed.
No — I work with businesses anywhere in NZ. Most of the process happens over email, calls, and screen-share, so location doesn't matter.
